When measuring hoops, figures listed here are for outside diameter

Standard Size 42 IN diameter constructed of 160 PSI tubing

Measured Size Hoop diameter is length from the ground to 2 IN above your navel

Beginner Size Hoop diameter is length from the ground to your navel

Fitness Hoops Diameters as above but weight increases from about one pound to two or three pounds based on liquid captured inside the hoop

Kids Hoops 32 IN-to 38 IN (based on height of kids) using a lighter gauge tubing-3/4 IN

Professional Performance Hoops-Diameter based on users height (see above) and constructed out of light weight (1/2 IN) tubing
